Getting The Look You Want. European Elegance

A recent trend in hardwood flooring is the use of wide planks. We recently installed this beautiful 9 1/2″ wide plank Rossell French White Oak flooring. With this Client’s fascinating project, they completed a major, full house remodel. We were able to save them about $20,000 by placing the new flooring on top of the existing hardwood floor and tile. Some experts say that you shouldn’t do this, but in certain circumstances, it is a good option. For this install, we scuffed up the original flooring to accept the glue then glued right over the top of the existing floor. Saving the customer a lot of money in tear out costs.  The new floors came out beautiful and the customer is thrilled.

These wide-plank wood flooring options are easy to take care of, have a lot of character, and are durable. They provide a sophisticated, elegant, look that’s warm and welcoming. There’s no denying that wide planks are in style!  Are they right for you?
